Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Promotional Regulatory Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide input on promotional materials to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and corporate standards
• Manage regulatory review and approval processes for promotional materials and maintain compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient review of materials

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent; relevant master's degree preferred
• Substantial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Direct experience in advertising and promotional material review is strongly preferred
• General understanding of FDA regulations and guidelines
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
