Senior Manager, Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Release Train Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Sales Agile Release Train (ART) in alignment with business goals
• Facilitate PI Planning events and maintain the ART calendar to optimize value flow
• Coach teams and leaders on Lean-Agile best practices while managing program-level risks and dependencies

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience running Scaled Agile (SAFe) programs in large, matrixed environments
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery models and ability to coach teams in Lean-Agile principles
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or similar enterprise agile management systems
• SAFe Agilist certification (SA) is required; RTE certification is strongly preferred
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., MedTech, Pharma) is a plus
