Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with at least 5 years in Salesforce engineering leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proven experience leading Salesforce engineering teams in a complex enterprise environment
- Deep expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) and architecture
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform governance, security, and performance optimization
