Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team to identify and scope well-defined tasks
• Design systems and make architectural decisions to support rapid growth
• Mentor peers and promote a culture of operational excellence through testing, monitoring, and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of engineering experience
• Extensive experience coding in languages such as Python, Typescript, and/or Java
• Proficiency in building scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience building LLM applications
• Strong desire to mentor and lead individuals from diverse backgrounds
