Senior Manager Store Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Store Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the store technology modernization roadmap for all retail locations
• Manage large-scale initiatives such as POS and Oracle XOCS upgrades and omnichannel capabilities
• Oversee design, deployment, maintenance, and compliance of in-store systems ensuring PCI-DSS and InfoSec standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of IT leadership experience in a multi-site fashion retail or luxury retail environment
• 6+ years of managing Oracle Xstore POS and XOCS
• Experience managing projects utilizing agile methodology
• Experience managing software and hardware rollouts across multiple locations
