Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Security Engineer to assist in performance monitoring and provide technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather customer application data and recommend performance monitoring thresholds, KPIs, and SLAs
• Provide monitoring tool infrastructure recommendations and maintain current tool infrastructure
• Develop documentation and provide on-the-job training to application POCs and event management

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with systems engineering
• 3+ years of experience in AppDynamics and ServiceNow ITSM
• Experience in recommending baseline monitoring thresholds and performance monitoring KPIs and SLAs
• Experience with gathering and organizing large amounts of data for enterprise monitoring solutions
• Experience in creating technical documentation
