Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel campaigns targeting Tier 1-3 accounts in collaboration with sales
- Manage paid ads, LinkedIn Matched Audiences, and persona-based email nurtures
- Monitor performance, analyze engagement data, and report on campaign effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or ABM execution
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email automation platforms
- Strong skills in campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting
- Familiarity with ABM principles and collaboration with sales teams
- Comfortable analyzing performance data and making data-driven recommendations
