A company is looking for a Sr. Merchandising Manager for UGG Men's Footwear in the NA Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and lead the strategic merchandising vision for UGG Men's Footwear
• Optimize seasonal assortments and build a 3-year product roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of brand strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10-12+ years of merchandising or buying experience
• 8+ years of direct report management
• Experience in DTC and WHSL channels preferred
• Strong understanding of retail analytics and KPIs
