Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Functional NetSuite Consultant - Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on remediation of Customer NetSuite enhancements, including application configuration and unit testing
• Ensure customer satisfaction to facilitate contract renewals and showcase value with Sales
• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities for license and service expansions to enhance Customer lifetime value

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in relevant industry business practices, consulting, or technical consulting
• 5+ years of sustained, hands-on experience with NetSuite
• 5+ years of customer-facing functional consulting experience
• NetSuite ERP Consultant certification is a plus
