A company is looking for a Senior Network & Provider Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and generate reports and financial analytics focusing on medical costs, utilization, and trends
• Lead a team to identify cost avoidance and recovery opportunities
• Perform financial and utilization analytics for various departments and support RFP submissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health Services (Master's preferred)
• 3-5 years of professional experience (5-7 years preferred in managed care or provider environments)
• Advanced Excel skills, proficiency with Access, SAS/SQL
• In-depth knowledge of managed care concepts and healthcare reimbursement
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
