Senior Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Network Engineer to support network engineering tasks and manage network issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and assistance to the network engineering team on network issues across various networks
• Perform network administration and maintain network and security devices to facilitate the team's focus on network management handover
• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve network issues or implement changes in production environments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a hosted services environment, including infrastructure networks and telecommunications
• Strong experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining network services and equipment
• Proven experience with Juniper and Arista switching and routing protocols like BGP and OSPF
• Degree in Computer Science, Software or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Datacenter experience, including racking and patching devices, and knowledge of firewall configurations
