Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Guarantee Analyst Sr - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute financial risk assessments for performance guarantees during the RFP and contracting processes
• Manage monthly close processes, including tracking and reporting penalties for missed performance guarantees
• Oversee data governance and audit requests to ensure accurate reporting of performance guarantee data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in interpreting contractual requirements, data validation, and managing quality metrics projects
• Experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare industry
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
