Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join their Infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing infrastructure in GCP and drive platform evolution
• Oversee the Github/GH Actions based build pipeline and provide runtime infrastructure to service teams
• Write, review, and maintain code primarily in TypeScript while providing technical leadership and mentorship

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a platform engineer/SRE
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining highly available and scalable distributed data sources
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform services and orchestrating complex systems with Kubernetes
• Proficiency in TypeScript development and strong SQL skills
• Experience designing and running data-intensive event-driven architectures
