Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Lead Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and scale platform systems and services
• Build reusable microservices and platform components to support standardized data flows
• Participate in architectural planning and promote engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years as a Senior Software Engineer
• Proficient in Ruby on Rails and programming languages such as Ruby and Go
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture and technologies like Kubernetes and AWS EC2
• Skilled in SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as high-throughput messaging systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
