Key Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct software rollouts across multi-service networks while addressing escalations
• Provide operational management and support for the global production network
• Lead platform improvements to enhance operational efficiencies related to reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in operations or system administration
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Government security clearance or the ability to obtain it
• Experience with internet protocols (DNS, HTTP, SSL) and scripting languages (Python, Perl, shell)
• Participation in an on-call rotation
