Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Premium Audit Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex audit reviews, escalated adjustments, and regulatory compliance across multiple states
  • Mentor and train team members while developing best practices for customer engagement
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic planning and policy development
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-7 years as a Workers Compensation premium auditor or premium audit reviewer
  • Advanced knowledge of NCCI, WCIRB, and special bureau regulations (PA/DE, CA, NJ, NY)
  • Experience with multi-state audits and complex regulatory compliance
  • Leadership or mentoring experience in insurance operations
  • Expert understanding of premium audit procedures and advanced billing knowledge
