• Advocate for customers to resolve complex technical issues affecting product implementation and utilization

• Deep understanding of the travel industry and ecosystem
• Proficient knowledge of product solutions, APIs, and NDC
• Demonstrated ability to consult and collaborate with stakeholders
• Familiarity with mid/back office tools and online booking tools
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
