Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design, with 3+ years managing design teams
• Experience in shaping AI-first products and connecting design strategy to business impact
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing
• Strong understanding of complex design quality and craftsmanship
• Curiosity about education motivations and barriers; experience in education or edtech is a plus
