Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to innovate the survey-taking experience and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full product design lifecycle from user research to high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for best practices in UX and inclusive design

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and polished end-to-end solutions
• Expertise in Figma or equivalent tools for wireframing and prototyping
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design methodologies
