Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer, Design Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and evolution of a modular, accessible, and extensible design system
• Establish Figma infrastructure for scaling design components across mobile and web
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to ensure consistent component development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years with design systems at scale
• Experience in mobile-first and/or fieldwork environments (SaaS, logistics, tools)
• Strong knowledge of tokens, accessibility standards (WCAG), and component libraries
• Proficient in Figma, Auto Layout, and plugin workflows
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and contribute to team culture
