Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design processes including user research, UX flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Partner with engineers to rapidly ship experiences that balance user needs and business goals
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience shipping web products at scale
• Experience contributing to and designing from a well-defined Design System
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the design process from discovery to launch
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
