Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer - Design Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution and improvement of the design system, supporting designers and the front-end team
• Maintain high standards of craft by creating accessible and visually appealing solutions for a B2B environment
• Drive consistency across global patterns and layouts, advocating for the design system within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Experience with desktop B2B SaaS platforms, particularly those with high data density
• Prior experience creating design systems and familiarity with best practices for tokens and components
• Strong understanding of design system development and collaboration with engineers
• Expertise in visual design with a focus on usability and product experience
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and engage in end-to-end feature design when necessary
