Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Core Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the ICHRA platform, covering various aspects like onboarding and compliance
• Lead and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners within the ICHRA ecosystem
• Coordinate planning across multiple teams and ensure high-quality specifications in an Agile environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role
• Proven experience with complex, multi-stakeholder products or platforms
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably healthcare or insurtech
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs for continuous improvement
