Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy and roadmap to embed intelligent agents and agentic experiences into Jira
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver AI features at scale
• Orchestrate alignment across Jira for cohesive agent capabilities and AI features

Required Qualifications

• Technical fluency with an interest in AI and machine learning technologies
• Experience inspiring and mobilizing cross-functional teams towards a common vision
• Experience developing a multi-year product strategy and roadmap
• 7+ years of product management experience
• A degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
