Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Owner - Insurance Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support one to two Agile Scrum teams on medium to large complexity initiatives
• Own, define, and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring solutions align with program priorities
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and foster an environment of continuous improvement and learning

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of five years as a Product Owner or in an equivalent role
• Experience with insurance or finance-based products
• Successful track record with Agile methodologies
• Applicable certifications preferred (e.g., SAFe PO/PM, CSPO, or PSPO)
