Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to support a healthcare modernization initiative with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a DAWA functional SME, providing guidance to site staff during data collection sessions
• Manage user access to the DAWA tool and organize orientation sessions for site SMEs
• Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to align DAWA activities with project objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in federal healthcare IT or program management initiatives
• Experience providing end-user support in real-time session environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
