Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in implementing a financial management system.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a Program Management Office (PMO) for the financial management system implementation
• Ensure project scope, schedule, and financial baselines are met while delivering exceptional performance
• Facilitate client meetings to gather feedback, document performance, and define support needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in federal government program and project management
• Bachelor's degree
• PMP or similar certification
• Experience managing and directing a PMO
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personality types
