Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs within the Customer Success Organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple strategic programs across the Customer Success Organization
• Collaborate with teams to ensure successful delivery of customer value and program objectives
• Identify risks, develop solutions, and facilitate their implementation in conjunction with business partners

Required Qualifications

• 8 years+ experience in program and project management
• Bachelor's degree
• Certification in Project Management (PMP)
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
