A company is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs within the Customer Success Organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple strategic programs across the Customer Success Organization
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful delivery of customer value and program objectives
- Identify risks, develop solutions, and facilitate their implementation in conjunction with business partners
Required Qualifications
- 8 years+ experience in program and project management
- Bachelor's degree
- Certification in Project Management (PMP)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
