Senior Proposal Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Proposal Writer to join a proposal team focused on developing proposals for legal work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, customized proposals for RFPs and sales pitch meetings
• Participate in strategy development through research and collaboration with attorneys and business development teams
• Manage proposal projects, coordinating with team members and ensuring adherence to deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 7 years' marketing and business writing experience
• Paralegal or previous law firm experience strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proposal generation systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
