Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Communications Specialist Sr.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, development, and execution of provider communication strategies to meet various regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Oversee the Provider website and all digital communications, including newsletters and monthly digests
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support provider training programs and ensure alignment with business goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5 to 10 years of experience in member and/or provider communications within a healthcare or Managed Care Organization
- 1 to 2 years of Medicaid experience preferred
- Strong project management experience, particularly in managing cross-functional projects
- Experience in developing training and communication materials relevant to the role
