Senior QAD Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. QAD Business Analyst to provide functional production and operational support for QAD ERP and associated business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide QAD application-level support and manage application service and change requests
• Review, analyze, and modify business application systems, including coding, testing, and deployment
• Contribute to training key users and ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of overall IT experience, including development with Progress4GL
• Functional background with business processes and several years of QAD support and configuration
• Proven implementation experience with QAD ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of SDLC and IT Service Management processes, preferably ITIL
