Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance testing efforts focusing on functional, integration, performance, and regression testing
• Drive test automation adoption and manage defect triage processes
• Oversee test planning, execution, and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the QA team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of software testing and QA experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience supervising engineering staff through complex projects
• Strong knowledge of test automation tools and CI/CD pipeline integration
• Hands-on experience with UI regression testing and API testing
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven testing and observability tooling
