Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the testing of web and mobile applications across the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications
• Perform end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, integration, and accessibility (508) testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality throughout the SDLC

Required Skills, Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of software QA experience, including manual and automated testing
• Experience testing web and mobile applications
• Familiarity with REST API testing and tools such as Postman, Katalon
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to validate data integrity
