A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Quality Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and apply threshold limits for retail customers, managing onboarding compliance
- Manage customer communications regarding the CSMP process and escalate issues as needed
- Identify opportunities for programmatic efficiencies and conduct ongoing due diligence reviews for customer requests
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Working knowledge of quality compliance concepts and principles
- Ability to work on projects of moderate scope and complexity
- Judgment in applying defined parameters to resolve technical problems
