Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Quality Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and apply threshold limits for retail customers, managing onboarding compliance
• Manage customer communications regarding the CSMP process and escalate issues as needed
• Identify opportunities for programmatic efficiencies and conduct ongoing due diligence reviews for customer requests

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a related field, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Working knowledge of quality compliance concepts and principles
• Ability to work on projects of moderate scope and complexity
• Judgment in applying defined parameters to resolve technical problems
