Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to drive quality across its products on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging issues to find root causes and drive resolutions
• Design, create, and execute manual test cases for features and bug fixes while identifying candidates for test automation
• Continuously learn and apply new QA practices and tools to improve testing processes and product quality

Required Qualifications

• Eight or more years of Quality Assurance experience, preferably in an agile environment
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective manual test cases
• Experience with at least one issue tracking system, preferably JIRA
• Ability to drive change and find solutions to accomplish QA's strategic direction
• Experience using quality metrics and data insights to guide testing strategies
