Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Accountant I.

Key Responsibilities

• Support global revenue recognition accounting and prepare monthly journal entries and revenue schedules in accordance with ASC 606
• Review consulting services customer contracts and prepare monthly and quarterly general ledger balance sheet reconciliations
• Coordinate billing activities, revenue analysis, and assist in preparation of reports for management and quarterly audit requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-4 years relevant accounting experience, preferably in project or revenue accounting
• Experience with revenue recognition, preferably in the software industry, with knowledge of ASC 606
• Strong computer skills, including Advanced Excel and familiarity with ERP systems like Workday and Salesforce
• High degree of professionalism and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
