Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Service Designer to improve user-centered service experiences across complex ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in service design or a related field
- Extensive experience with service design methods, tools, and frameworks
- Proven ability to lead service design efforts within complex ecosystems
- Prior experience mentoring junior-level team members
- Proficiency with design tools such as Mural or Figma
