Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead User Experience Designer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate UX discovery workshops to understand user problems and create service blueprints and user journeys
- Drive the enhancement of digital user experiences through the creation of wireframes, service blueprints, and user journeys
- Provide support for digital products and initiatives while mentoring other designers in the team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience
- Experience in the financial services industry, specifically with commercial banking platforms
- 8-10 years of experience designing digital product experiences in an agile environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design principles and human-centered design solutions
