Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee UX/UI designs to ensure adherence to design standards and best practices
• Translate research into user stories, requirements, flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Conduct user testing and collaborate with partners to ensure products meet end-user needs

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in software product development, digital design, UX/UI, or a related field
• 8 years of experience designing mockups and wireframes that conform to UX best practices
• 8 years of experience conducting user and usability research
• 4 years of direct experience leading large-scale UX/UI efforts
• A portfolio demonstrating user research, visual design, and usability studies
