Key Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to understand research needs and design study plans
• Design and conduct qualitative research studies and usability testing methods
• Analyze research findings and share insights to inform product decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX Research or related fields
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in UX Research or Design Research
• Experience with various research methods and their application in product development
• Experience assisting with research throughout the product lifecycle
• Familiarity with UX research tools and platforms
