Human Centered Design Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Center Design Specialist JR.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide UI/UX Subject Matter Expertise and guidance on design direction and strategy
• Create and deliver User Experience Research Plans and conduct usability testing sessions
• Lead the design and development of user interfaces, ensuring they are user-friendly and visually appealing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of professional experience or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
• Strong experience in UX Design and Human-Centered Design principles
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Tailwind, and related technologies
• Extensive experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and dynamic forms
• Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and creating user personas and journey maps
