Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Designer who is a master-level designer and skilled storyteller.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage original, visually compelling design work in line with agency standards
• Lead projects focusing on storytelling through motion design and collaborate with Creative Directors
• Inspire a positive creative culture and mentor junior design staff to enhance skill progression

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital creative work with expertise in typography, layout, and brand identity
• Experience in a fast-paced agency environment with case studies on recognizable brands
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator; knowledge of After Effects and Cinema 4D is a plus
• Experience in developing novel concepts for motion design and leading animation projects
• Active user of AI image generation tools and a willingness to share knowledge with junior team members
