Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow APM Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, documentation, and configuration for APM
• Support data set up, metrics, and workflows related to APM
• Configure dashboards, TPM set up, and risk calculations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Essential experience with APM
• Must be a US citizen
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more, including APM)
