Key Responsibilities
- Build dashboards and define scalable processes for actionable social listening insights
- Develop listening rules and real-time alerts aligned with business priorities and brand objectives
- Consult on social listening to monitor brand sentiment and assess brand affinity
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience
- At least two (2) years of experience in an analytics, research, or insights role
- At least one (1) year of experience specifically analyzing social data
- Bachelor's degree in market research, analytics, engineering, economics, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficient in using social listening tools and strong analytical skills
