Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) to join their engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver complex features and systems using Ruby on Rails, Postgres, GraphQL, and REST
• Lead efforts to address technical debt and improve system reliability
• Influence and evolve architecture and system design while mentoring team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Advanced proficiency in Ruby on Rails and relational databases
• Familiarity with Redis, PostgreSQL, and Sidekiq in a production environment
• Experience contributing across the full stack, including front-end and back-end
• Ability to handle complex tasks and ambiguous problems without guidance
