Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a distributed team of 10-20 engineers
• Experience in building enterprise-scale UIs with Angular and establishing design systems
• Proven ability to lead internationally-distributed engineering teams
• Strong experience in balancing delivery with empathy and fostering a feedback-rich culture
• Ability to break down long-term goals into actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes
