Key Responsibilities

• Own the quality strategy for frontend, backend, and data pipelines, defining test approaches and quality gates
• Design and implement automation for UI, API, and event streams, ensuring high performance and reliability
• Mentor team members on testing best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testability

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software quality/test engineering or equivalent software engineering with a focus on testing
• 2+ years of leadership experience in test strategy or quality initiatives
• Advanced skills in an OOP language and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in UI and API testing
• Practical experience with AWS services, CI/CD tools, and infrastructure as code concepts
• Strong understanding of quality practices, including risk-based testing and test data management
