Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to articulate the overall value proposition and strategy to customers
- Own technical engagement with customers to close complex opportunities
- Deliver product and technical presentations to customers and enhance documentation and enablement materials
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
- Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills for complex assignments
- Technical mindset with a desire for continuous technical growth
- Experience in articulating value propositions and technical advantages of products
- Ability to solve technical challenges and provide creative solutions
