Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Strategy and Operations Analyst to join their Customer Success Strategy & Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal executives and global Customer Success teams with visibility into Customer Success Incentives
- Leverage BI tools to analyze data and deliver reports on performance plans and compensation
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure alignment and execution of incentive programs
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in strategy and operations, preferably in Customer Success or Sales Operations
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau for data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing platforms like Snowflake
- Experience with MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com, with expert-level proficiency in Excel
- B.A. or B.S. degree
