Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of annual and long-range strategic plans
• Conduct in-depth industry research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Support or lead deal sourcing, due diligence, and financial modeling for acquisitions and partnerships

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or corporate development
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and communicate with C-level executives
• Experience developing and executing high-impact business strategies
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
